Arrochar February 2018

We took advantage of a special offer at the Claymore Hotel in Arrochar last week.
We had 5 lovely days away, and visited Dunoon, Rothesay, Inverary and Oban. The weather was quite magnificent for most of the days, and gave lots of opportunities for good photographs.
Here are some general shots taken over the 5 days.

Winter Photographs.

It's always fun taking photos in the snow.
Was fascinated at the birds using their talons to hold the food still while they ate it.

Elgin Cathedral.

We had reason to be in Elgin so I took the opportunity to visit Elgin Cathedral.
This is a wonderful ruin and well worth a visit.
It must have been very impressive before its demise, another piece of architecture destroyed in revenge.
